One scent, a memory guests take home
Scent is the most lasting memory of a stay. Om works with each property to design a scent of its own, reflecting its spirit, its land and its story, then carries that scent into every touchpoint: lobby, corridors, guest rooms, bathrooms and spa.
Scents are blended from Om’s essential-oil library, including notes from Vietnamese growing regions such as Tien Giang lemongrass, Ham Yen sweet orange and cinnamon bark, together with woody, floral and blending notes. One example is Kỳ Nam Khánh Hòa, a scent inspired by the rare agarwood of Khanh Hoa’s forests and coast.

Om learns your brand spirit, architecture, location, guest profile and the spaces that will carry the scent.
