Om’s hotel hand wash is supplied in 5-litre refill cans for refilling dispensers at bathroom basins, public areas, restaurants and spas. Instead of placing a small bottle for every stay, the property only needs a fixed dispenser that is refilled when it runs low.
Refilling keeps costs under control per guest stay and significantly reduces single-use plastic bottles. Part of the Heritage Line, it uses the same dispenser system as the line’s shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

How to refill hand wash into dispensers
- Use up the remaining product, clean the dispenser and let it dry completely before refilling.
- Pour from the 5-litre can through a clean funnel or spout, without filling past the line.
- Close the lid and wipe the bottle neck and pump nozzle clean.
- Record the refill date and batch number on the log sheet for traceability.

How long does a 5-litre can last?
It depends on the number of dispenser points and guest numbers. Om helps calculate order quantities based on the property’s actual scale.
Does it work with our existing hotel dispensers?
Om sends samples so the hotel can test them in its current dispensers before ordering.
Can you print our logo on bottles and dispensers?
Yes. Om prints logos and designs labels to match the property’s identity.
Can you develop a signature scent for our property?

What happens to empty cans after use?
The cans are made of HDPE, a recyclable plastic. The property sorts empty cans separately and passes them to a recycling collector.
