Should we use diffusers or reed diffusers?
Diffusers suit large spaces such as lobbies, corridors and restaurants. Reed diffusers suit smaller spaces such as guest rooms, reception and restrooms. Many properties combine both with the same scent.
Can the lobby and guest rooms share one scent?

How is linen mist used in a hotel?
Housekeeping lightly mists bedding, curtains or towels during evening turndown, from a suitable distance so the scent stays soft and even.
Do you supply refill oils for diffusers?
Yes. Oils come in 500 ml and 1 litre bottles, with dosage advice for each machine type and floor area.
